- Guided Relaxation - You will be given a generic recording along with a bespoke one so you have access to a Mini Session to use outside of these sessions. Clients who commit to frequently listening to the relaxation see the fastest results. Clients who commit to listening after the treatment future proof themselves.
Client commitment is the key to success. A client who commits to listening to the audio relaxation in between sessions will see the fastest results.
Solution Focused Brief Therapy is the psychotherapy I use. Brief therapy is exactly that. The intention is it’s always the last session.
The principles outlined in the sessions will give you a life skill you can apply to all areas of your life, understanding these principles will see the fastest results.
Generally 3-4 Sessions is sufficient.
