I am specialised in solution-focused psychotherapy and hypnotherapy, working together with clients to identify their desired outcomes and visualise a better future. Our bespoke therapy sessions are designed to empower you with new life skills that can be used to address any challenge—whether now or in the future. From sleeping issues, anxiety, and stress management to unhelpful habits or behaviours, we’ll help you to future-proof yourself and create the best version of yourself. 

A Personal Touch

As a parent to an autistic child with learning difficulties, my own journey to support my son led me to discover the transformative power of hypnotherapy. Through my personal experience, I’ve gained valuable insights into the EHCP (Education, Health, and Care Plan) process and have learned how to support an anxious child with behavioral challenges.

My approach is to provide my clients with a life skill where you fully understand how your mind works and how to put this into practice in your life. Taking care of yourself in this way an allows you be better prepared for the rest of your life. Limiting our stress response system will take care of our wellness for the future. Encouraging regular sleeping patterns allows your body effective REM where your body can heal itself efficiently and naturally. Solution focused psychotherapy focuses on positive steps forward. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them identify their strengths, overcome limiting beliefs, and develop practical strategies for achieving their goals. Consultations include Social Focused Therapy coupled with the relaxing benefits of Hypnosis. I am committed to providing a supportive and non-judgmental space for all my clients. Solution focused therapy doesn’t require you to focus on problems or root causes, not all therapy is problem focused. If you have tried other therapies and keep falling in to a rut this a fresh approach guiding you to a different way of thinking and giving you a new skill to break free of the negative problem focused relapse.

I specialise in a unique blend of Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and hypnosis to help you quickly and effectively achieve your goals. In a safe and supportive space, we will work together to focus on your desired future and the practical steps needed to get there. Whether you’re looking to improve your sleep, manage anxiety (including exam anxiety), overcome phobias, combat depression, break habits such as smoking or vaping, lose weight, or manage stress, I am here to guide you.


With professional registration through the Accredited National Hypnotherapy Council and Enhanced DBS certification, you can trust in the quality and safety of the care I provide. Contact me today to start creating a better path forward.

I hold a Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH) from an NCH-recognised accredited school and a Level 4 NCFE-accredited Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma (HPD), which is the NCH Gold Standard course. As a Full Member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (MNCH reg.), I adhere to their professional code of conduct. I am fully insured and hold an Enhanced DBS check, ensuring a safe and professional environment for all clients.

The initial consultation is free and gives us the chance to connect. We will discuss how your mind works, explore what you want to achieve from therapy, and ensure you’re comfortable in our safe, non-judgmental space. Sessions are available via video online from the comfort of your own home. I use Teams or What’s app. If you require face to face there would be an additional fee for the hire of a therapy space, please enquire if this is of interest to you.

My approach blends Solution-Focused Brief Therapy with hypnosis to guide you towards your desired future in a supportive, non-judgmental space. In each session, we focus on what’s been good, your goals, and the personal resources you already have to reach them. We’ll explore how your mind works and identify the next steps in your journey, finishing with a deeply relaxing hypnosis session.


Hypnosis is a state of heightened awareness that allows us to access your subconscious mind. Using positive reinforcement, I create a bespoke relaxation experience tailored specifically to you, helping embed the changes we work on during our sessions.
